Our Unique Leadership Program is designed for aspiring artists who want to take their skills to the next level while developing essential leadership qualities.

Through hands-on workshops and monthly training focus lessons in class, students learn how to inspire and guide their peers both on and off the stage.

Participants will explore the principles of effective communication, team building, and creative problem-solving, all within the dynamic context of musical theatre. By fostering a spirit of inclusivity and respect, we empower young leaders to cultivate a positive culture that uplifts everyone in our community.

We focus on the 4-C’s- Character, Confidence, Creativity, and Community.
