Welcome to the JTF teams for STC and STA for January 2026!

Things to note:
All students must be enrolled and attending summer training (evening classes and/or age-appropriate summer camp/intensive training) at Showtime Academy.
All students must be enrolled and attending Theatre Dance Technique class for the 2025/2026 season. Missed classes must be made up by Nov. 15th or students may be removed from the adjudication piece.
Entrance fees are due by July 25th. If using CDYC funds, they must be received by that date.
CDYC funds to be applied to jackets or meal plans must be received by August 15th. All other CDYC funds will be applied to tuition.
The JTF event does have a competitive component. Although winning is not our focus, doing our best is. Therefore, all team members must be doing their best at all times. We reserve the right to remove team members from the adjudication piece if they miss too many rehearsals, do not keep up with the material, or do not show positive leadership and teamwork.
Team members in “alternate” status must be able to show that their skill sets are in line with the rest of the team, no later than 30 days before the event, to be considered for adjudication participation. If they are not ready by then, they will continue as a part of the team in all other JTF events, except for adjudication.

Additional Items below can be purchased with a credit card using the PayPal links below, and will have additional costs built in to cover credit card and PayPal processing fees.
You can also pay using a debit card by sending funds via venmo to @Jennifer-Read-4, to avoid additional surcharges. (Please write the names that the funds apply to in the “What’s this for” section- do not specify items, only the individual attendees’ names, or Venmo will charge you fees for a product purchase.) If you use a credit card through Venmo, they will charge you fees. You only want to use Venmo funds or a debit card if you want to avoid the fees.
Once you have purchased your bracelets, meal plans, or team fees, please e-mail info@showtimeacademyrh.com so we can update the items status in our JTF tracking forms.
JTF Entrance Bracelets are required for all those entering the venue.
$350 per person paid via Venmo, or $365 per person paid via PayPal below.
JTF Team Member Fees are required for all those students participating in the event.
This fee applies to the team’s entrance fee, bracelets, backpacks, and rehearsal materials. It also covers 3 T-shirts for the student and 3 shirts for one event attending family member. (T-shirts for additional family members can be purchased separately.)
$150 per person paid via Venmo, or $160 per person paid via PayPal .
JTF Entrance Meal Plans
This year the Meal plans will only cover catered lunch at the venue Saturday and Sunday. All Dinners are not included.
