Welcome to the JTF teams for STC and STA for January 2025!
This page has links to lots of important details for JTF. As we get closer, we will also add additional information for reference here. Below you can order your entry wristbands, meal plans, team jackets, reserve your hotel room, etc.
Things to note:
Entrance fees are due by July 15th. If using CDYC funds, they must be received by that date.
CDYC funds to be applied to jackets or meal plans must be received by August 15th. All other CDYC funds will be applied to tuition.
The JTF event does have a competitive component. Although winning is not our focus, doing our best is. Therefore, all team members must be doing their best at all times. We reserve the right to remove team members from the adjudication piece if they miss too many rehearsals, do not keep up with the material, or do not show positive leadership and teamwork.
Team members in “alternate” status must be able to show that their skill sets are in line with the rest of the team, no later than 30 days before the event, to be considered for adjudication participation. If they are not ready by then, they will continue as a part of the team in all other JTF events, except for adjudication.
Wristbands are required by the festival for anyone entering the event, participants, chaperones, and additional family members. These are not refundable or transferable.
Reserve Your Hotel Room ASAP. No money is due with registration. If sharing a room with another Showtime family, please let Vivian Robinson know so she can confirm you have a space reserved.

Meal Plans for the Weekend are $70 per person. These do not include vegetarian, allergy or other food restriction options.

T-Shirts are provided for All Team Members and those entering the event. Jackets are optional. It is sometimes chilly in the venue. Showtime Theatre Company team members wear black STC jackets and The Academy Team wears Grey/Purple academy jackets. Order Jackets here:
